Comprehensive project management, and coordination of emails, schedules, newsletters and customer service. Includes 40 hours of expert assistance per month, enabling you to achieve great success.

PREMIUM - 60 hours per month

For our busiest clients, a powerhouse assistant dedicated to your needs with priority turnaround and first class service

$2,175 paid monthly

What’s included:

In-depth & wide-ranging professional assistance to cover all administrative, management, marketing & technical needs of your business. Includes 60 hours of comprehensive assistance per month.

How Does It Work?

1. Inquiry

Fill out our form online and we will schedule a thorough, complimentary Discovery Call to determine your needs. We will discuss what you need the most help with, describe our key support areas and what our ongoing support process looks like. Establishing a mutually good fit is essential for both sides!

2. Working Together

If we both want to work together and move forward, we discuss pricing, main service areas we will help with and you will receive our contract that covers our working relationship, all the confidentiality legalese and other pertinent details for a clear and successful work relationship. We will request from you any log-in details, links and other business information we need to access your tools and programs, set up e-mail and calendar access (if required) and any online file sharing systems.

3. Check-In Calls

We hold Check-In Calls at the start of every week and communication via e-mail in between. The finer details of your and our work style and particular needs develop over time Рwe know the right questions to ask to get the most important answers
